Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Bespoke and custom orders require 2–3 weeks for crafting before shipment.
International Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
14-Day Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
Bespoke and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
